Karina is responsible for the development and execution of design materials, brand assets, and creative direction, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms. Prior to her role at Winners Alliance, she worked at the event management agency MARKHAM, while also earning her BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Tech. Her expertise in strategic branding and event production led her to the sports industry, where she merges her passion for design with marketing.
