Ahmad has built his career by dedicating himself to working with athletes and helping them generate more value from their professional careers. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Ahmad served three years as Founding CEO of OneTeam Partners - a group licensing, marketing, and media powerhouse representing the commercial interests of women’s and men’s athletes across multiple sports. Earlier in his career, Ahmad led NFL Players Inc. as President and helped grow the NFL Players Association’s marketing and licensing business into one of the largest for-profit licensors in sports, doubling annual revenue and payouts to players during his tenure. Ahmad is a University of Michigan and University of Chicago Law School alum.

Vivek is responsible for a broad set of financial, operational and corporate functions across Winners Alliance including corporate finance, M&A, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, accounting, business operations and corporate administration. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Vivek served as CFO at OneTeam Partners and at Catalyte. He also held senior management roles at Discovery Communications, spent a decade as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, and started his career as a management consultant at Deloitte. Vivek is an alum of the University of Virginia and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Rob leads strategic initiatives that drive Winners Alliance’s growth. Throughout his career, he has focused on building new businesses and expanding revenue opportunities for both emerging startups and premier organizations. Previously, Rob served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at MLB Players, Inc., where he helped more than double revenue for the MLB Players Association during his tenure. Before that, as General Counsel & SVP of Lacrosse Operations at the Premier Lacrosse League, he played a key role in shaping the league’s early development, overseeing strategic initiatives, policy formation, and the PLL COVID Committee. Rob is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Fordham Law School.

Allissa Cummings

Allissa leads partnership management and activations for Winners Alliance. She joined Winners from the National Basketball Association, where she managed global partnerships for brands such as Gatorade, Kia, Tissot, PUMA, and FedEx, overseeing their sponsorship marketing, event activations, and media campaigns. Allissa's previous experience includes roles at NFL Players Inc., the licensing and marketing arm of the NFL Players Association, and Discovery Inc. Allissa holds a Master's in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of South Florida.
